Your contribution to the team
You will become part of a team that develops internal communications: you will create content for internal channels, help make information clear and engaging, take part in events, and over time launch your own project.
Real tasks from day one
What you need to know
1
Strong writing and information structuring skills
2
Basic skills in Excel, Word, or Google Docs
3
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
4
Show interest in communications, marketing, and corporate culture and grow in this field
Three steps to join
Step 1
Submit your application
Fill in your application and share your skills, experience, and what truly drives you. There are no right or wrong answers - the more honest and detailed you are, the better we can match you with a direction where you’ll thrive
Step 2
Complete the test or a test task
If your application is selected, you’ll receive a test or assignment depending on the direction. Not theoretical, not abstract - but something our team works on every day. Show your approach, your logic, your perspective - that’s what matters most to us
Step 3
Interview with the team
Team leads personally review every application and select candidates for their projects. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview with your future mentor and team manager. Candidates who successfully pass all stages will receive an offer and start the internship in June — working on real tasks, in a professional environment, gaining experience that kickstarts your career
