You’ll dive into real customer communication tasks: explore existing processes, interact with stakeholders, and help the team make them simpler and more effective. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your analytics and requirements skills.
Real tasks from day one
Study current customer communication processes and describe AS IS models
Collect and structure requirements from internal stakeholders through interviews
Analyze and compare functionality of solutions (CMS/MDM/CMP)
Design process diagrams and build TO BE models (BPMN)
Create user scenarios (User Stories, Use Cases)
Support and update project documentation (BRD, Confluence)
What you need to know

Use Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

Apply analytical thinking to gather and structure requirements

Learn and use Power BI for data visualization and insights
4
Be fluent in Russian and English, Uzbek as an advantage
5
Work with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations

Step 1

If your application is selected, you’ll receive a test or assignment depending on the direction. Not theoretical, not abstract - but something our team works on every day. Show your approach, your logic, your perspective - that’s what matters most to us
Step 3
Interview with the team
Team leads personally review every application and select candidates for their projects. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview with your future mentor and team manager. Candidates who successfully pass all stages will receive an offer and start the internship in June — working on real tasks, in a professional environment, gaining experience that kickstarts your career
