You will become part of a team responsible for system integrations within the bank. You will explore how products work internally, participate in creating requirements, and help the team deliver changes that impact real services and customers.

What you need to know

Have basic SQL knowledge or interest in working with data and systems

Be familiar with Jira and Confluence or be ready to learn them quickly

Step 3
Interview with the team
Team leads personally review every application and select candidates for their projects. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview with your future mentor and team manager. Candidates who successfully pass all stages will receive an offer and start the internship in June — working on real tasks, in a professional environment, gaining experience that kickstarts your career
